First single from Metal Against Coronavirus! ‘Celestial Burial’ is here

After many months of enormous work, Metal Against Coronavirus begins its fundraising campaign for global research against the coronavirus with Celestial Burial’. Nothing could be better than the union of artists from up to seven countries putting their energies in a single song.

‘Celestial Burial’, this first single, is now available on the official Metal Against Coronavirus Bandcamp, and all funds raised will go towards efforts trying to stop this terrible pandemic that is devastating us. This is the collaboration of an incredible cast of world-class musicians and professionals who have participated in a totally selfless way.

Vocals are performed for the great Jeff Becerra (Possessed) and Karl Willetts (Memoriam, Bolt Thrower), in addition to Kike Valderrama (Headcrusher, Sol de Sangre) and Marc Jufré (Panico al Miedo). As if that were not enough, in the guitar arrangements we have the maestro James Murphy (Testament, Obituary, Death, Cancer) and Jordi Creus from Pánico al Miedo, who is the mastermind of this solidarity initiative and the composer of the song. Carlos Leonardo (Human Carnage) and Chalo Restrepo (Sol de Sangre) have been in charge of bass and drums respectively.

In the technical section we find the mix of Marc Bòria from LabeDoble Studio and Tony Lindgren's master at Fascination Street Studios. It doesn't end here, as the legendary Joe Petagno (Motörhead, Sodom, Led Zeppelin, Vader) has done the artwork and David Provan from 12 Inch Media has created the lyric video.

United we win, but separated we are weaker. Metal Against Coronavirus will continue releasing great songs packed with incredible collaborations, so each time we enjoy them and fight for this cause, we will be closer to having a normal life again. We will not be beaten!
